Alessandra Baldereschi after an artistic training, gets the Industrial Design master at the Domus Academy in Milan. Later she obtains a visit-study scholarship in Japan where she develops ceramic tableware projects with companies in the Gifu district. Once back in Italy, she begins to cooperate with companies such as Swatch Bijoux, Fabbian Illuminazione, Moss NY, Dilmos Gallery, De Castelli, Seletti, Mogg, Ichendorf, IVV and other brands, creating projects for lighting, furnishings and accessories.
Many of Alessandra’s projects have been selected for international shows such as “Milano Made in Design” in Beijing and Shanghai, the GLASS exhibition at the DesignHuis Museum in Eindhoven curated by Li Edelkoort and the Triennale Design Museum. In 2017 Alessandra was appointed Ambassador of Italian Design by Triennale Milano on the occasion of the Design Day.
