Delivery

Our dedicated warehouse team goes the extra mile to ensure you receive the most economical freight option possible. We understand that every order is unique, which is why we provide custom shipping solutions tailored to your specific needs.

We can arrange local deliveries within the Perth metro area. For small to medium jobs, we typically use external one-person contractors with a trailer, van or ute. For larger, more awkward items we use furniture removalists with a 2 or 3 person team (trained to handle your precious purchase like it’s their own).

Pricing can vary depending on the requirements for each job. For larger items that cannot be easily carried, or where large quantities are required, we palletise the items so they can be delivered using a larger truck. You may need a forklift or pallet jack at your end for unloading.

Once you know what items you need and we have address details and specifications (narrow access path, stairs, lifts, parking etc.), with clear images we can provide you with a quote for delivery and estimated time frame.

Some items can be shipped within Australia however we do not ship internationally. Minimum order spend for interstate orders. Concrete furniture, water features and wall art items are not available for interstate delivery.

Collection

We strongly recommend having your items delivered by professionals, especially if they are bulky and awkward. However, if you prefer to collect your items, here’s some helpful information to ensure your collection goes smoothly

Our Warehouse is open Monday to Friday 10am to 1pm, other times by appointment. To collect your items, head to the WG Showroom at 14 Drake Street, Osborne Park and we’ll direct you to the warehouse where required. 24 hours notice is required for collection to ensure your goods are ready and limit any wait time.

Ensure your vehicle has sufficient space to fit the items you’re collecting, remove any child seats, tool boxes or any other loose items that may prevent you from loading the products or cause damage during transit. If you’re not sure, please call to discuss vehicle and loading requirements. Don’t forget to bring what you need to secure the load, such as blankets and strapping. Have your order details with you so we can give you the correct items.

If someone else is collecting the item on your behalf, let us know who will be collecting and ensure they have your order details. Check and sign off on all items prior to leaving. Our staff are happy to assist should you require, however we cannot hand load items over 45kgs or enter into your vehicle. Please bring assistance to load if this is the case.
