We will happily provide a refund or credit on any faulty product within 12 months from your purchase date. You will need to provide your receipt as proof of purchase.
If you change your mind, return the item within 7 days in the same packaging and condition as you purchased it, once the item is assessed we will issue you with a credit note for the amount. If the item is returned without the packaging it came with a restocking fee will will be deducted from the credit voucher (valid 3 years). There are no returns or refunds for special order items, discounted or sale items, unless faulty.
Please do not send or return item/s to the store without first contacting our team via team@wgoutdoorlife.com.au with clear images of the issue, showing scale and detailed images within 24 hours of collection or delivery.
A 50% deposit is required to secure special order items to proceed with the order. In-stock items require full payment.
Storage fees of $120 per week will be incurred if items remain uncollected after 4 weeks from date of arrival. It is your responsibility to check your quote prior to ordering to ensure correct items are listed.
Quotes are valid for 30 days.
