Refund and Returns Policy

Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Once we assess the item, we will issue a store credit note for the full amount. If the item is returned without its original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit note. The credit note is valid for 3 years.

Non-returnable Items
Special order items, discounted or sale items, and modified products (e.g., planters with holes drilled) are non-returnable unless they are deemed faulty.

Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty product, we will happily offer a replacement, refund or store credit within 12 months from your purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at team@wgoutdoorlife.com.au with your receipt as proof of purchase and clear images of the issue (both close-up and full view).

Return Procedure
Please do not send or return items to the store without first contacting our team. Any issues must be reported to team@wgoutdoorlife.com.au within 24 hours of collection or delivery.

Special Orders
A 50% deposit is required to secure special order items, and the full payment is due for in-stock items at the time of purchase.

Storage Fees
Storage fees of $120 per week will be applied if items are not collected within 4 weeks of their arrival date.

Please carefully review your quote before confirming your order to ensure all items listed are correct. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
